DEMAND RESPONSE PROGRAM

OVERVIEW OF THE CEB Demand Response Program 2025

The Central Electricity Board (CEB) is pleased to launch the Demand Response Program (DRP) 2025, an initiative that supports energy security during peak hours.

The program is open exclusively to Commercial and Industrial customers supplied at Medium Voltage. Eligible participants are Commercial & Industrial Medium Voltage Customers with a demand of more than 500 kW.

Key Highlights

• CEB will entertain a total cumulative capacity of 100 MW under the program.
• Incentives will be provided in line with a Demand Response Agreement that will be signed between the CEB and each participating customer.
• Interested customers are invited to register online by 30 September 2025
