Cash, Card Payment (Debit / Credit card) or Cheque

You can pay your bill in person, by Cash, Card Payment (Debit / Credit card) or Cheque, at any of our Cash Offices. Please avoid paying your bill during peak period (29th  to 3rd). This will reduce your queuing time.

Alternatively, you may pay your bill at selected offices of the Central Water Authority ( St Paul and Port Louis) and in Post Offices. Please bring your current bill with you, making cheques payable to the Central Electricity Board.

If you prefer mailing your payment, please ensure that your bill is enclosed along with your cheque and addressed to:

Please note that an administrative fee is applicable for the processing of any cheque returned by the bank. 


Direct Debit Payment

Direct Debit is a convenient and reliable payment option. The amount on your electricity bill is automatically debited from your bank account on the date stated on your bill.

You can now contact any of our Customer Service Centres to benefit from the Direct Debit facility.

 



Internet Banking Payment

   

Settle your bill through internet banking. Please call on your bank for further details.
Please Note that only State Bank of Mauritius, The Mauritius Commercial Bank and State Bank of India is applicable for the time being.




 


SBM BillPay
enables all subscribers to the service to settle their monthly electricity bills and other utility invoices via SBM ATMs and Point of Sales of Winner’s Supermarkets.

This service is available for SBM customers with either debit/credit cards or both upon registration. Registration forms are available at any SBM branch, CEB counter, Telecom shop or Winner's supermarket.

Drop your filled-in registration form at the nearest SBM Branch along with a relevant utility bill.*

MCB Juice

  MCB Juice Platform will allow payment of your electricity bill through your MCB. You can use this mode of payment if you have a bank account with the Mauritius Commercial Bank.
