Procurement at the CEB encompasses goods, services, consultancy, and works.
The goods procured include a wide range of items such as cables, transformers, insulators, electronic equipment, circuit breakers, spare parts for power plants and vehicles, poles, office equipment, furniture and fittings, stationery, consumables, shoes and boots, meters, meter boxes, cylinder liners, pistons, and more.

The Government of Mauritius, in its Budget Speech of 2020/2021, announced mandatory obligations for all Public and Statutory Bodies to fully adopt the e-Procurement System effective from 01 July 2020.
Accordingly, it is also mandatory for Suppliers/Bidders to register on the e-Procurement System at https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org to submit their bids online.
