The Government of Mauritius, in its Budget Speech of 2020/2021, announced mandatory obligations for all Public and Statutory Bodies to fully adopt the e-Procurement System effective from 01 July 2020.
Accordingly, it is also mandatory for Suppliers/Bidders to register on the e-Procurement System at https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org to submit their bids online.
