About power interruptions
At the CEB, we improve our electricity network by carefully planning power cuts. The power is off while our crews are working to make the network safe for you and your equipment. We do our best to keep the outage time to a minimum and thank you for your patience.
Despite the expected time for planned outages, the power can be restored slightly before or after the scheduled time depending on the site conditions.
Unplanned outages occur due to faults and are beyond the CEB's control. Our crews do their best to speed up the repairs and minimise the outage time. We switch the power back on, without further notice, once the repairs are over.
